Can anyone date thia card for me.
I have not come across this card procucer before V A Carturan

this Carturan is not a postcard producer, but a photographer, he worked at Volti di Chiozza, but I don't remember of his shop.
But the name Ottica Carturan yes, I remember well this name. could it have changed the name and now be the "vista 2 " still at the Volti di Chiozza?
Of course it's the speech of Mussolini of 1938 in Piazza Unità, when he announced the antisemistic laws, and for that occasion they put away the fountain of Continents.
