What are the boats in this picture- MAS15 and 19
Tha card is a GS&D, divided back.

MAS means "Torpedo Armed Motorboat" used by the italian Navy

Hi Aldo, I have just noted this post.

No, they are not Italian MAS but two Austrian coastal torpedo-boats, probably of the Schichau 78t class (the postcard is not very clear).
Where did you get the numbers 15 and 19?

Hi all
15 and 19 from accounts of action against austrian boats. MAS 15 and 19 sunk a much larger ship. I figured that the reason they were on a card was their famous action!

It's torpedo boat "KORMORAN", then "72F". Built in 1907-1909 in Fiume (now Rijeka, in Croatia). 200 tons, speed 25 knots, long 55 meters, wide 5,5 meters, crew 31 men.
